When you link your account you automatically get:
- The Verificado (verified) role on the Discord.

Everything you type in the Survival chat shows up automatically in the Discord chat channel, with your Minecraft avatar. And the other way around: messages written there appear in the in-game chat in the format [Discord] TuNick » mensaje.
To chat from Discord you need a linked account and no active punishments. If you post without being linked, your message gets deleted and you receive instructions on how to link.
The chat bridge is Survival-only. The other servers on the network don't relay their chat to Discord.
From the Discord you can open private tickets with the staff. Each user can have up to 3 tickets open at once.
| Ticket type | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Soporte General (general support) | Technical problems, questions, bugs |
| Apelar Sanción (appeal a punishment) | Request a review of a ban or mute |
| Sugerencia (suggestion) | Pitch ideas for the server |
| Privado / Compras (private / purchases) | Purchases, VIP, sensitive info |
